Problems with your mail or late pays? Consider paying online ($5) by phone ($10) or Auto Pay - ACH (FREE) 

Montana Board of Housing, Loan Servicing, accepts payments Online for a $5 fee, by Phone for a $10 fee, by United States Postal Service or ACH which can be set up for free.  The ACH days are currently set for the 5th and the 10th. 

Late charges are assessed after the 16th day of the month on mortgages that do not have a payment made by 3:00 pm.

**Payments received after 3:00 PM MST: 1) May not post until the next business day 2) If it is the last business day of the month, payment will be processed the first business day of the next month**

WARNING: Be cautious of scams. The Montana Department of Commerce is aware of a phone scam involving an individual posing as a Montana Board of Housing employee. Report all suspicious activity to Commerce by calling 406-841-2840 during normal business hours.
